Baker Code of Ethics

From the very start of our company, our shared values have defined who we are and driven what we do. Many of you may have memorized the message of our sign: We shall do good work, at a profit if we can, at a loss if we must but always good work. A part of these values is clearly defined in what we like to call our Code of Ethics. These ethics help us to practice our work in a manner that affords that respect. We ask that you take 2 minutes of your time to review them and watch the videos below.
  1. We tell the truth.
  2. We do not steal.
  3. We treat everyone with respect and dignity.
  4. We speak to one another in a courteous and respectful manner.
