Employee Referral Program

To all Baker Employees,

As of January 1st, 2016, the following will apply to our Employee Referral Program:

Position

Incentive (Given to referring employee)

Foreman

$200 at 90 days

Leadman

$200 at 90 days

Roofer or Sheet Metal “Mechanic”

$200 at 90 days

Laborer, Apprentice

$100 at 90 days

Superintendent – Construction Manager

$200 at 90 days

Project Manager

$200 at 90 days

Eligibility– Referred candidates must make it to 90 days of employment and remain in good standing with the company in order to be eligible. All field and office employees, up to and including Project Managers, are eligible for the referral incentive. Employees at the Department Head level and above, as well as any employee in the Human Resources and Recruiting Departments, are not eligible for the referral incentive. Referral incentives and bonuses are not applicable to former employees who are rehired.

Applicants must put your name on their application in order to qualify.

Payment– In most instances, bonuses and incentives will be paid out during the next available pay cycle. All 90 day incentives are subject to review and approval by the Department Head, General Manager, and Board of Directors.

As with any effective program, we will monitor our progress and make changes as fluctuations occur in order to best meet the needs of our customers, both internal and external.
