Baker Roofing Company completed the new construction roofing system for the Quirk Hotel in 2015, working with W.M. Jordan Co. as the general contractor for the hotel, Portsmouth-based TowneBank as the lender, Connecticut-based Poesis Design as the interior designer, and Richmond-based 3north as the architect on the project.
