At the Town of Cary’s Downtown Park, we completed roofing across multiple pavilions including 14,000 square feet of custom .8mm zinc standing seam metal roofing with concealed stainless steel gutters, plus 3,700 square feet of fully adhered PVC membrane on low-slope areas. This community gathering space required precision coordination: tapered insulation systems for proper drainage, hidden gutter assemblies with soldered seams, custom-formed soffit panels, and meticulous flashing details at every transition. Public parks serve families for generations—our work protects these pavilions so the community can focus on what matters: gathering, playing, and making memories together.
