At a shopping mall, we removed 60 square feet of deteriorated membrane that was allowing water infiltration and installed new material properly terminated into the existing field membrane. Retail properties depend on watertight roofs to protect inventory, maintain operations, and keep shoppers comfortable—there’s no room for halfway fixes. When we identify deterioration, we remove it completely and rebuild it right, because temporary solutions just create future problems.
