The Bloomsbury Estates, located downtown Raleigh, NC in the Historic Boylan Heights District, underwent a roof replacement in 2009 with the help of Baker Roofing Company. Baker Roofing was hired to complete the removal of the old roofing system and installation of 125 squares of single-ply membrane on the flat roof section and 107 squares of slate tile roofing of the sloped roof section.
