This new construction project, The Cypress of Raleigh, NC, began in 2008. The architect for the project was THW Design, and the general contractor was Bovis Lend Lease. Baker Roofing Company was selected as the roofing and exterior contractor for the job, installing 159,500 sq. ft. of shingles, 10,300 sq. ft. of metal, 11,000 sq. ft. siding and 22,000 sq. ft. single-ply roofing.
