Black Mountain Warehouse Metal Roof Restoration

At a warehouse in Black Mountain, we completed an extensive metal roof restoration including replacing 1,600 fasteners, resealing and coating 200 feet of ridge cap, reworking four ridge vents with new foam and coating, and reinstalling three pipe boots. We also reattached 100 feet of gutter, resealed metal panel seams and rake edges, working methodically through weather delays to ensure every detail was right.
