After several years of growth, our Asheville team had outgrown their location in Fletcher, and were in need of a much larger space. With the help of Cooper Construction, our VP Toby Boyles and Asheville GM Troy Johnson, planned and executed a building that will be home to our Asheville team for years to come.
We are excited to announce the grand opening of our Asheville team’s new office building in Mills River, NC! The space is significantly larger than our last office as it is 15,000 square feet. We hope the additional space better equips us to serve the community and continue to expand our business as the second largest roofing contractor in the nation. This location strategically enables us to expand in the Asheville, Henderson, and Greenville, SC markets.
When finding a new location for an office, Baker Roofing Company considers numerous factors including distance from major interstates and available space to potentially build warehouses. Sometimes renting or buying a space is difficult as it doesn’t fit our specific and highly tailored needs. Buying land and designing our own space often proves to be the most effective solution. We designed this office space to have 6000 square feet of office space while the remaining area is warehouse space. The office is only a few miles from the main interstate, I26, giving our crews easy access to surrounding areas. Copper Construction helped us build our new space facing Wolf Ford mountain, giving us a beautiful view from our office windows!
