The North Carolina Chapter of the American Institute of Architects set out to build a new headquarters located in downtown Raleigh, NC. Baker Roofing was selected to install the zinc roofing as well as the wood siding that was locally sourced from Gates County Cyprus trees. A progressive and thought-provoking headquarters in every way, the AIA North Carolina building is designed to serve both the architectural community and the greater public. The building was designed to meet both the LEED Platinum standard as well as AIA’S COTE goals.
