At the Town of Cary’s Downtown Park, our team installed 14,000 square feet of custom .8mm zinc standing seam metal roofing across multiple pavilions, complete with concealed stainless steel gutters featuring soldered seams and custom-formed soffit panels. Every detail was precision-built, from the hidden gutter assemblies to the meticulous flashing at every transition, because a public space this visible deserves craftsmanship that holds up as long as the community uses it.
Low-Slope PVC Membrane & Drainage Systems | Multi-Surface Coordination
Alongside the metal roofing, we installed 3,700 square feet of fully adhered PVC membrane on the low-slope areas, integrating tapered insulation systems to ensure proper drainage across every surface. Coordinating two distinct roofing systems on a single project requires careful planning and execution at every transition point.
