Bridgewater Pointe is a multifamily residential community in Moneta, Virginia, where a reliable roof protects both the building and the people who call it home. Our Roanoke crew removed the existing roof down to the deck, then installed fully adhered tapered polyiso insulation rated to R-30. The tapered design adds a gentle slope across the roof to move water toward the drains, and the R-30 rating helps keep the building comfortable year-round. We finished the system with a 60 mil TPO membrane, a durable single-ply sheet with heat-welded seams.
Working on an occupied residential building calls for a tidy, well-organized jobsite, so the crew kept work areas contained and cleaned up each day while residents went about their routines. Taking the roof down to the deck also let us confirm the substrate was sound before the new system went on.
