At Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach, our team completed an 18,300 square foot roof replacement across one of the South Carolina coast’s most recognized entertainment destinations. The project began with the removal of loose rock ballast from the original built-up gravel roof system, followed by an overlay using 1/2 inch HD Polyiso insulation and a 50 mil Fibertite-XT membrane mechanically attached across the full field.
