Historic Roof Restoration | County Courthouse

At the historic Lee County Courthouse, our team completed a comprehensive restoration including 20oz copper standing seam roofing on the dome, flat-locked copper panels on low-slope areas, custom copper cornice fascia, and copper gutter systems with through-wall scuppers. The project also included asphalt shingle replacement and single-ply membrane work across other sections of the building.

Historic buildings demand specialized craftsmanship. Hand-riveted and soldered copper joints, custom-formed trim profiles matching original details, and meticulous coordination with other trades restoring this landmark all came together on this project. Protecting a courthouse that has served its community for generations requires patience, precision, and respect for the architecture. This is the kind of work that becomes part of a building’s legacy.
