When fire damaged the Raleigh Convention Center’s chiller roof on December 1st, our team mobilized 20 people by 9am the next morning. With rain arriving in two days, there was no margin for delay. We removed fire-damaged materials, installed matching insulation and new EPDM and TPO membranes, and protected the surrounding walls with tarps, working long hours to prevent further water damage to one of the community’s most critical facilities.
