Zinc Metal Roof & Cypress Siding | LEED Platinum Headquarters
When the North Carolina Chapter of the American Institute of Architects set out to build a new headquarters in downtown Raleigh, Baker Roofing was selected to install the zinc roofing system, custom downspouts, and cypress wood siding locally sourced from Gates County trees. The building was designed to meet both LEED Platinum standards and AIA’s COTE goals, making every material choice and installation detail meaningful.
Work like this requires more than technical skill. It requires the kind of craftsmanship and attention to detail that a building designed by and for architects demands. We are proud to have played a role in a project built to serve the architectural community and the public for generations to come.
