At Raleigh-Durham International Airport, a new 4-inch pipe needed to pass through the terminal roof. Our team installed a pipe boot flashing and tied it cleanly into the existing single-ply membrane, completing the upfit with a watertight seal around the new line.

Airports run around the clock, and a leak over a terminal can disrupt travelers, tenants, and operations. Even a small fit-up deserves the same care as a full roof project, because a single poorly sealed penetration can turn into a recurring problem.
